Whistler

We spent three days in Whistler while Mike picked up his bike, tried it out and had it adjusted. The weather was cool, but it was beautiful! The kids and I had a great time on this par 3 course at the campground we stayed at just outside the village. We got to see two black bears...one high up in a tree and the other one ran right in front of our truck as we were leaving Whistler to head to Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal. Not sure why we didn't take more photos in Whistler...guess we were too busy having fun!!!

New Addition....

We left Seaside Oregon on June 16 to head to Whistler, BC to pick up Mike's replacement mountain bike for the one that was stolen at Big Sur, CA. Enroute, we stopped by this cute little acreage just outside of Ferndale, Washington to meet Annie Carlson the owner of Annie's Doodles. It certainly wasn't in the plan for us to arrive home with a new puppy, but somehow through the course of our travels, we decided to get another puppy. He is a Golden Doodle...a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Standard Poodle.

Here is Amy with one of the puppies from Breeze's litter....she had 10 puppies in all!!

Too much cuteness!

This is the little boy we ended up bringing home with us three weeks later...his name is Dekker.
