Soccer Gold!

Amy's soccer team, The Signal Hill Wildcats (thus the wisker lines on her face!), won Gold in the Family Day Tournament. Congratulations Amy and the Wildcats!!!

Olympic Torch Run through Okotoks

It's been two weeks since the torch went through Okotoks and then Calgary. As a family we took the day to join in the fun. Mike's former boss, George Gosbee was asked to be a Torch Bearer in Okotoks. We met his family out there and had a chance to support and encourage him as he ran with the torch. The following Wednesday, I took the kids and some of their friends to Canada Olympic Park to see the torch come down the half-pipe being carried by snowboarder Tyler MacRae.
